Hurricane Season

Hurricanes

Living in paradise isn't hard to take, but living in Utopia does have a few drawbacks. One of those drawbacks is the threat of hurricanes. Hurricanes produce high winds, floods and total havoc to where ever they land. Through preparing for them myself and doing some research, I have compiled a simple list to help you prepare for a pending disaster.

As always, before the storm hit, Floridians were told to get prepared. Have three days worth of food and water, have all your important documents such as your home inventory, insurance papers etc, secure your home and to listen for all the latest updates.

Since we are in the peak of the hurricane season, and since we  all have the poop scared out of us, I offer the following:

Any day now, you're going to turn on the TV and see a weather person pointing to some radar blob out in the Atlantic Ocean and making two basic meteorological points:

(1) There is no need to panic.

(2) We could all be killed.
